Authentication

oAuth requirement via link generated within the Marketplace Maximizer App.

Merchants are required to login to their Lazada Seller account to approve.

Sync Types Supported

  • Products / stock – From Source channel to Lazada.
    • When SKUs are deleted on your platform, the SKU on Lazada will also be deleted.
    • When Products are deleted on your platform, the Product on Lazada will be deleted.
    • When Products are deactivated on your platform, all SKUs under the product on Lazada will be market Inactive.
    • Adding new variants in your product on your platform will create new SKUs on Lazada under the same product.
  • Orders – From Lazada to Source channel for fulfilment.
  • Order updates – From Source channel to Lazada i.e. Tracking and carrier details.
    • When an order is fulfilled on your platform, we will send a Pack followed by a Ready To Ship request to Lazada for each line item that was fulfilled.
    • If you did multiple fulfillments on your OMS platform, this will split and create multiple packages on Lazada, which will be marked packed and ready to ship.
    • When an order is cancelled (or partially cancelled) on your platform, we will send a Cancel request to Lazada for each line item that was cancelled. Note that this may fail if an order is no longer cancellable on Lazada
      Note: The cancellation reason will be always set to Out of stock (Lazada reason id 10000021). This can be altered with a rule on the order destination attribute cancellation.reason_id, provided you know the Lazada reason ids you want to use, if you want to customize cancellation reasons
      You can opt to turn off cancellation support by toggling the setting under orders.
    • Return sync on Lazada is not supported.

Attribute considerations – Rules

Cresco Attributes

  • Publish Rules – If you do not want to publish all products from the Source to Lazada.
  • Stock Buffers – Define if you want to add a buffer to the stock sent, based on what is received from the Source channel.
  • Price changes – Change the price from the Source channel before selling on Lazada.
  • Title / Description Mapping – Mapping key attributes to a custom field instead of using the default values.
