Authentication
oAuth requirement via link generated within the Marketplace Maximizer App.
Merchants are required to login to their Tiktok Shop account to approve.

Sync Types Supported
- Products / stock – From Source channel to Tiktok Shop.
- All your variations, will be synced to TikTok as-is – you can vary by up to 3 attribute, for example by Color, Size and Material.
- Additional TikTok’s Sales Attributes can be mapped using “Category Attributes” to enhance your product listings via the Mapping section of the App.
- When SKUs are deleted on your platform, the SKU on Tiktok Shop will also be deleted.
- When Products are deleted on your platform, the Product on Tiktok Shop will be deleted.
- When Products are deactivated on your platform, all SKUs under the product on Tiktok Shop will be market Inactive.
- Adding new variants in your product on your platform will create new SKUs on TikTok Shop under the same product.
- Orders – From TikTok Shop to Source channel for fulfilment.
- Order updates – From Source channel to TikTok Shop i.e. Tracking and carrier details.
- Tracking numbers from your source platform will sync to TikTok Shop
- The shipping provider given by your source will try to be mapped into a valid TikTok shipping provider. If one could not be found, we’ll pick a default (first) shipping provider, as this attribute is required by TikTok. You can create mappings via Order Rules if values are different between your Source channel and TikTok Shop.
- If an order is to be fulfill by TikTok
- When an order is fulfilled on your source, we will mark it as shipped on TikTok.
- Any tracking number or shipping providers are ignored, as those are auto-generated by TikTok.
- Partial fulfilment (splitting packages) is supported only by unique SKUs.
- Meaning: If 1 SKU is ordered w/ 2 quantity, those 2 cannot be split because its the same SKU. Keep this in mind when partial-fulfilling on your source. More details here: TikTok Shop Partner Center
- Cancellations
- Partial Cancellation is only supported for TikTok regions UK and US and when an order has not yet been shipped.
- Full cancellations is supported for all TikTok regions and when an order has not been shipped.

- If a partial cancellation was done on your source platform for non-supported regions will incur the following error message from TikTok:
- Refunds
- Refunds can only be done when an order has already been shipped
- Full and partial refund is supported across all regions
- When a refund is created on your source platform, a refund will be created on TikTok for the associated skus, quantity & refunded $ amount
- If a refunded $ amount is not specified/applicable on your source platform, or you performed a cancellation on your source platform for a shipped order, we will refund the full amount on TikTok for the skus and quantity specified

- FYI: TikTok Shop Partner Center- the return type we use is REFUND not RETURN_AND_REFUND. No shipment type or handover method will be supplied.
- The TikTok refund we create will be immediate approved after creation
Not Supported
- Creating Promotion Campaigns
- Due to Promotions being a separate service on TikTok with separate API managements to Products, we do not create Promotions or sync SKU prices into your TikTok promotions.
- We only sync a single price into your TikTok products. You can choose whether you want to always sync the retail price or to sync your source platform’s selling sale price (if it’s on sale) to TikTok via Product Settings.
- More than 10 images.
- TikTok has a restriction of only 10 images, we will ignore any other images.
- Images > 5MB
- We do not do image compression. Ensure your images on the source are under 5MB to successfully sync it to TikTok.

Attribute considerations – Rules
Cresco Attributes
- Publish Rules – If you do not want to publish all products from the Source to TikTok.
- Stock Buffers – Define if you want to add a buffer to the stock sent, based on what is received from the Source channel.
- Price changes – Change the price from the Source channel before selling on TikTok.
- Title / Description Mapping – Mapping key attributes to a custom field instead of using the default values.

- length/width/height are required
- Recommended to set a default value via Rules (value must be > 0)
- Product Weight
- Weight is required
- Should already be auto-mapped, but we recommend setting a default value via Rules in case you have products on your source without a weight.
- Brand
- Recommended to be mapped via Mapping as is a required value based on a dropdown selection.
- Size Chart Image
- This is required and you will need to add a Rule with a URL link to the image per product.
- Description
- Pre-requisites – HERE
