The first time you subscribe to Advanced Reporting, we will add a credit to off set the first months charge. This will allow you to trial Advanced Reporting until your next billing cycle.
NOTE - We recommend checking this via the top right user icon and Manage Billing to maximize the trial period.
After the billing cycle, we will then charge in advance for Advanced Reporting.
You can cancel by following the below steps:
- Click Advanced Reporting from the left navigation.
- Clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the page.
- Note the reason why and confirm.
This will remove access of Advanced Reporting, noting there are no refunds or credits on action.
