Shopify

If you have turned pull metafields after syncing products, it requires us to re-pull all product data from Shopify:

  • Got to Products from the left navigation.
  • Click the Re-Pull button.
  • Click Run

Depending on the number of products, this process may take a few hours to refresh.

Once refreshed, the metafields will be available to use via Marketplace Mapper and Rules Builder.

Is is because you have not selected Track Quantity inside Shopify for this item.

Please go into Shopify to tick this to sync the stock within Shopify to Marketplaces.

There are a few reasons for this:

  • You do not have enough available stock of the SKU in order to create the order. If this is the case you will need to add stock in Shopify against the SKU and then Republish within Marketplace Maximizer. 
  • There are policies created in Shopify that prevent the order from being created, when though there is stock. To resolve this go into:
    • Order settings within Marketplace Maximizer.
    • Click into Destination and change the Inventory Behaviour to decrement_ignoring_policy.
    • This will still deduct inventory, however ignore any policies setup.
