Add a Channel(s)


This guide will walk you through the steps to add a new Channel to your account.


  • Go to Channels from the left navigation.
  • Click Add source and select your source Commerce platform i.e. Source of product data and where you fulfill orders from.
  • Once added, follow the instructions under the channel guide by clicking the ? to add the relevant authentication information.
  • Next go to the Channels tab and click Add destination.
  • Select the Marketplace(s) you want to add to your account.
  • For each Marketplace, review the help documentation required for you to authenticate into each by clicking the next to each name.

NOTE – For every Channel you can click the three dots and select Test Connection to check to ensure you have added the right values before proceeding.
