• Service cost $69USD per month per company + 1% GMV charged monthly (Excluding tax / GST)
• The 1% GMV will be totaled and billed in arrears on the same day each month based on signup date**
• Service can be terminated at any time if we ascertain misuse of the platform. We do not offer refunds.
• Includes automated product, price, stock and order sync.
• Invoices will be sent via email.
• Payments must be made using Stripe.
• Unless terminated, your subscription will automatically renew monthly on your anniversary.

** “GMV” or gross merchandise volume means listing price shown on the website, multiplied by the number of items sold. This includes tax and discounts but excludes vouchers and shipping. This is also considered as Gross Revenue.
